Last Friday, Education City Golf Club (ECGC) was the epicenter of excitement and camaraderie as golfers from all around gathered for the highly anticipated “GM’s Last Driver Scramble.” The event was a resounding success, filled with competitive spirit, thrilling performances, and unforgettable moments. First Place Winners
A big congratulations to our first-place team! Elliot Philips, Gavin Daley, Paul Carter, and Andrew Findlay showcased exceptional skill and teamwork, clinching the top spot with an impressive 54 Stableford Points. Their victory was well-deserved and a testament to their dedication to the sport.
Second Place Winners
The competition was fierce, and our second-place winners were not far behind. Mohd Samad, Joey Chen, Mohammed Ismail, and Tarmizi Hashim delivered a stellar performance, finishing with 52 Stableford Points. Their effort and precision were truly commendable.
Third Place Winners
Coming in third, the team of Mohamad Kasim, Mohammad Tarmizi, Faiz Zaffar, and Tarmizi Ibrahim also scored 52 Stableford Points. Their consistency and teamwork earned them a spot on the podium, rounding out a fantastic day of golf.
Longest Drive (Hole No: 18)
Mr. Allen Fox took home the prize for the longest drive on Hole No. 18. His powerful swing and precise technique were a sight to behold, earning him well-deserved recognition.
Nearest to the Pin (Hole No: 12)
Congratulations to Mr. Mike Clarke for winning the Nearest to the Pin challenge on Hole No. 12. His accuracy and control demonstrated the skill and finesse that make golf such a challenging and rewarding sport.
